BUSINESS & INCUBATION CENTER BUZAU

Buzau a central location. The city of Buzău (Romanian pronunciation: [buˈzəw]) is the county seat of Buzău County, Romania, in the historical region of Wallachia. It lies near the right bank of the Buzău River, between the south-eastern curvature of the Carpathian Mountains and the lowlands of Bărăgan Plain. It is close to the capital Bucharest (120 km) and close to the Black Sea and Brasov, Pitesti and Ploiesti. Buzău is an important modern city in south-eastern Romania.

The province of Buzau, Romania and East Flanders, Belgium are “twins”. Since 1995 there is a cooperation agreement between East- Flanders and the province of Buzau. The cooperation has been initiated by the Belgian Governor Herman Balthazar and later by governor  André Denys and from the Romanian side prefect Ion Vasile and the president of the county counsel Victor Mocanu .

There was an important collaboration with the hospital of Buzau and financial aid from the province of East- Flanders (http://www.spitalulbuzau.ro/colaborari_en.php).

For this reason the Belgian Romanian Real Estate Chamber has an office in Buzau and not in Bucharest since 2006.

For this reason we have created the Belgian Romanian Business Center in Buzau in 2011 in Maracineni 5 km from the city center in Buzau. The center is a business center and incubation center for Belgian companies that want to develop activities in Romania. We thank the Romanian side for the support on this project. This project is very important in the framework of collaboration between the provinces. At this moment there are 4 companies present and two more will be registered before the summer of 2012.

We would like to thank the local authorities for the support that they give and will give to Belgian investors in order to have a fast company creation, registration of the office at anaf and for the support in obtaining the vat number and ROI certificates and registration of employees at the start-up of the company.

CENTRUL DE AFACERI SI INCUBATII BUZAU

Buzău o locaţie centrală. Oraşul Buzău (pronunţia românească: [buˈzəw]) este reşedinţa judeţului Buzău, România, din regiunea istorică Valahia. Se află pe malul drept al râuluiBuzău, între curbura sud-estică a Munţilor Carpaţi şi zona depresionară a Câmpiei Bărăgan. Este aproape de capitala Bucureşti (120 km) şi aproape de Marea Neagră şi Braşov, Piteşti şi Ploieşti. Buzău este un oraş modern important din sud-estul României.

Provincia Buzău, România şi Flandra de Est, Belgia sunt “gemene”. Din 1995 există un acord de cooperare între Flandra de Est şi provincia Buzău. Cooperarea a fost iniţiată de către Guvernatorul belgian Herman Balthazar şi mai târziu de către guvernatorul André Denys şi iar din partea României prefectul Ion Vasile şi preşedintele consiliului judeţean Victor Mocanu.

A existat o colaborare importantă cu spitalul din Buzău şi sprijin financiar din provincia Flandra de Est (http://www.spitalulbuzau.ro/colaborari_en.php).

Pentru acest motiv, Camera Imobiliară Belgia România are un sediu în Buzău şi nu în Bucureşti din anul 2006.

Din această cauză, noi am creat Centrul de Afaceri Belgia România în Buzău în anul 2011, în Mărăcineni, la 5 km de centrul oraşul Buzău. Centrul este un centru de afaceri şi un centru de incubaţie pentru companiile belgiene care vor să dezvolte activităţi în România. Ii mulţumim părţii româneşti pentru sprijinul acordat la acest proiect. Acest proiect este foarte important în cadrul colaborării dintre provincia. În acest moment, există 4 companii prezente, şi încă două vor fi înregistrate înainte de vara anului 2012.

Noi am dori să mulţumim autorităţilor locale pentru sprijinul pe care îl acordă şi pe care îl vor acorda investitorilor belgieni în vederea unei fondări rapide a companiilor,  înregistrării sediilor la ANAF şi pentru sprijinul acordat în obţinerea numărului TVA  şi certificatelor ROI Şi înregistrarea angajaţilor la punerea în funcţiune a companiei.

In plina criza, un centru de afaceri care sa intermedieze relatiile dintre firmele romanesti si straine este o adevarata comoara. Asa si-a spus si directorul Camerei imobiliare Romania-Belgia care a pus bazele unui astfel de centru langa Buzau, in localitatea Maracineni. Centrul asigura spatiul necesar pentru investitorii care vor sa cunoasca mediul de afaceri buzoian si sa-si dezvolte afacerile in Buzau dar si in alte regiuni ale tarii. La inaugurarea centrului de afaceri romano-belgian a participat chiar ambasadorul Belgiei in Romania, Philippe Beke.
